Maybel Dwyer has over 27 years experience in the beauty and hair care industry.  She has been the Owner of Salon Chiani since 2020.  Her roles in the industry not only include Salon Owner, but also Spa Owner, Hairstylist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Esthetician, and Nail Technician.  

When Maybel is not at Salon Chiani, she is managing her second business--a local Spa in Naples--or she is spending time with her husband and two sons. Maybel's family-oriented and personal approach are the hallmarks to the way she operates her businesses.  Born and raised in Cuba and owning her first salon in Caracas, Venezuela, Maybel is living the American dream.  Her personal slogan is "Everyday is a holiday!"

Kathy Daigle is a seasoned colorist and stylist with over four decades of experience, including 36 years as the owner of a successful hair salon. 

Austin Jonte's  focus is ensuring customers have a positive and satisfying experience at Salon Chiani.  Austin is usually the first staff member greeting customer's upon their visit to the Salon.
